Artwork Website Stabilization & Rebuild
Role: Program Manager
Organization: Operations & Strategy, Grand Image
Client: Internal
Overview
Initially brought in just before launch, I quickly identified that the company’s new e-commerce website lacked a sound technical and operational foundation. The codebase was unstable, roles were undefined, and requirements came in ad hoc. After leading the initial launch and discovering post-release risks, I stepped in to lead a full rebuild—stabilizing the architecture, realigning stakeholders, and restoring trust in our digital infrastructure.
My Contributions
Re-baselined project expectations and structured cross-team workflows
Led discovery of root causes post-launch and initiated full technical rebuild
Managed developer relationship and oversaw backend overhaul
Replaced flawed AWS cache logic with stable live data infrastructure
Approach
Audited the original site implementation and initiated a project relaunch with structured requirements, stakeholder alignment, and QA processes. Introduced operational structure where previously none existed, while driving toward a clean, maintainable architecture.
Result
Web V2 launched successfully, replacing a high-risk system with a secure, maintainable platform and improved UX. The rebuild restored confidence in digital infrastructure and demonstrated the value of structured program leadership in rescuing and transforming critical business systems.
